9. Valley Metro RPTA - Urban Design Guidelines Update
Duties included the update of a 2001 bus guidelines document. In-depth research or best practices and Valley Metro's vision for the new extension projects was done.

10. Valley Metro RPTA - Facilities Handbook Update
Duties included the update of a 1995 facilities document. As Valley Metro grows, there is a need to expand riders' facilities. Some of these smaller projects such as transit centers and park-and-rides are done by the cities. There was a need to update the process to follow for such endeavors.

11. Valley Metro RPTA - Design Criteria Manual
Duties included the continuous update of Valley Metro's criteria manual. Additions of minimum shade percentages was one of the most strenuous update as it required cost-estimate, benefits to riders, and equity considerations. Other changes included modification of plant material to be chosen for the station platforms and misc operations requests.
